This comprises an old age home, Symphony House, for residents over 60, three semi-independent living facilities with separate living areas for males and females and a 24-hour live-in care facilitator, and six independent cottages. In the houses, residents have their own rooms and share living areas and bathrooms. According to the home's website, the on-site clinic runs a 24-hour service staffed by a registered nurse and two auxiliary nurses, who dispense medication.
