All our facilities are designed to enhance the lives of everyone living in our Medical Centre’s. All our facilities have beautiful outside areas, including patios and gardens. Visiting areas are designed especially for residents and friends and family alike, to feel comfortable and relaxed. At Heidelberg we have 2 sections caring for our residents, which consists of wards for our very frail residents as well as single/double units for residents needing daily care and prefer being in a single/double unit. In the wards and individual units there are care workers stationed on this floor with a call button system in place. Our dedicated staff is kind and passionate and we are proud to comply to the highest COVID-19 safety protocol. In addition, to the above services we also off Homebased Nursing. K&L and Nurse Call offers you quality home-based services in the comfort of your home. Using the services of KL Nurse Call, you or your family members can receive care from a qualified nurse and continue to live in the familiar surroundings of your home despite your illness or condition. We provide 24/7 nursing care for patients as well as short-term rehabilitative visits following surgery, illness or injury which may require physical therapy all in the comfort of your own home.
