Negester Klein Kariba

Negester Klein-Kariba is a lifestyle estate aimed at people aged fifty and over, set in the Bushveld near Bela-Bela and bordering the ATKV Klein-Kariba resort. It covers 83 hectares in the Waterberg biosphere area. According to the home's website, the estate is being developed in four phases, more than 240 of its 418 properties are sold and more than 180 houses are built, and its care centre of four frail care units (12 beds) is finished but not yet fully operational, that home care is available to all residents as a standard service, with a clinic day at the care centre on Wednesdays, and that Procare is currently the care services provider. Facilities include a clubhouse with a multipurpose hall, a small library, three tennis courts, a seven-hole mini golf course, eight jukskei lanes, a 15 m swimming pool, four walking trails, a boma with a picnic area and a children's play park. There is 24-hour security with biometric access control, and the estate has fibre-optic internet. Residents also have access to the ATKV Klein-Kariba resort.
