Quadrant Gardens is a life-right retirement village in Claremont, Cape Town, on Wilderness Road close to the Claremont CBD. It is managed by CPOA, in a joint venture with the developer Corevest. It has 75 single-level apartments in three blocks, from studio to three-bedroom units, sold on a life right basis. There is an on-site Care Centre with 19 beds. The site lists 11 single en-suite rooms, six single rooms with shared bathrooms and one double en-suite, plus two single sick bay rooms reserved for independent living residents for respite care. The Care Centre provides 24-hour nursing care and daily medication administration from a qualified, registered nurse and qualified staff, with three meals and twice daily refreshments. According to the home's website, independent living residents have a daily clinic in the Care Centre, five free days a year in the sick bay and a 15% discount on the Care Centre tariff. Each apartment has an emergency call button. Shared spaces include a resident library, lounge, dining room, cafe and bar, a courtyard garden and a rooftop garden.
