Homes are occupied on a life rights basis and come as two-bedroom garden cottages, one-bedroom apartments, and suites that range from one-bedroom to studio and bedsitter arrangements. There are also five suites in the main building that are let for long-term rental, longer than 28 days, to tenants over 60 in good physical condition. According to the home's website, all units are currently occupied and there is a waiting list. A carer or nurse aid is available to residents seven days a week. A qualified Sister also visits residents' homes by appointment twice a week, and these services are included in the levies. The clubhouse has a restaurant, a sitting room, a library and art room, a meeting room, a gym and a bar, and there is a heated swimming pool. Security includes 24-hour emergency response, controlled access and an emergency button for each resident.
