Randjes Estate is a non-profit retirement estate on 42 acres at 6 Randjeslaagte Road, Highlands North, Johannesburg. It was conceived in 1936 as a living memorial to the Rand Pioneers. The estate has 205 life right homes of one, two and three bedrooms, and 68 rental studio apartments for independent living. Its Fleming House care accommodation offers mid care (assisted living) for up to 42 residents, frail care for 43 residents, and three memory care wards, including care for dementia and Alzheimer's. According to the website, Fleming House is not taking outside applicants at present because of high occupancy, and only current Randjes residents are being accommodated. The estate has 24-hour security and a no pet policy. Shared facilities include a coffee shop, a fully equipped gym and a library of over 6,000 books.

Fleming House care fees, valid from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027: mid care rooms from R39 450 per month (en-suite) and from R41 216 per month (bathroom and kitchenette); frail care general ward from R32 682 per month; private frail care rooms R32 945 to R40 328 per month depending on room size.
