Woodside Village is a retirement community on 9 hectares in Rondebosch, Cape Town, an Auria Senior Living community. It has earned the reputation of a Continuing Care Retirement Community and is Auria's Western Cape flagship. Auria acquired a majority interest in the village in February 2021, and it has since been through a major renovation, refurbishment and redevelopment. According to Auria's website, there are 155 freestanding Garden Villas with one, two or three bedrooms, as well as one and two bedroom apartments. Each unit has an open-plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, drying yard and covered patio. The village has a clubhouse with a bar and lounge, and a dining room with an adjacent wine cellar. Concierge, maintenance, housekeeping and gardening services are provided, and domestic services are available on site on demand.
