Kennersley Park is a retirement complex on Bonza Bay Road in Beacon Bay, East London, run by Leisure Homes for Senior Citizens, a non-profit organisation. Life right purchase prices from R447,250 (apartment) to R2,109,300 (2-bedroom cottage). Monthly levies run from R1,406.10 (flatlet, one occupant) to R2,986.60 (2-bedroom cottage, two occupants), and cottage levies do not include electricity. The apartment levy is R6,365.60 for one occupant and R6,995.65 for two, and also covers electricity, twice-weekly housekeeping, daily laundry, WiFi on the occupant's own devices and medicine supervision. Prices and levies are from the village's list for 1 April to 31 December 2026 and increase each 1 April. Meals from the Care Home are paid for separately.
